Pandemic and Any Health Emergency Policy:

In the event of a global pandemic or health emergency situation where travel is disrupted and hotels are not allowed to operate in a lockdown scenario, refund will be processed as per hotel, airline and local tour operator policy. If this is beyond the cancellation deadline, then credit note will be provided for future travel as per timelines of service providers. Cash refund or refund to account cannot be guaranteed.
