CANCELLATION POLICY
Designs 4 Trips India LLP is purely acting as an agent in facilitating booking of flights, hotels, cruise, transfers, sightseeing and other services. 

FLIGHTS – On cancellation of refundable flights, refund will be processed as credit note to be used in future bookings or refund to same mode of payment within the specified time frame on receipt of the same from the airline. 
Non refundable flights are not eligible for refund
The payment gateway charges and service charges will not be refunded in the event of cancellation

HOTELS – Cancellation policies differ from hotel to hotel and from season to season (bookings during peak season dates are non refundable) and will be shared at the time of booking confirmation. Bookings become non refundable after the payment deadline. 

HOLIDAY PACKAGES – Holiday package payment and cancellation policies are intimated at the time of confirmation of bookings. Package confirmation deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. 

Part cancellation of partly used hotel stays and packages are non refundable. 

Sightseeing, show and tourist attraction entry tickets are non amendable and non transferable.
