  • Prepare in advance to get yellow fever vaccination and optional Malaria vaccination from authorized Govt vaccination centres. This requires booking appointment in advance and slots are few. So, plan well in advance

  • Wear neutral colored clothing during safaris
  • Carry mosquito and bug repellants for stay in wildlife reserves 
  • Carry reusable bags and respect the strict plastic ban
  • Uber is available for local travel in cities
  • Plan and book your holiday well in advance if intending to go during the peak migration season from July to September in Kenya
  • Dry Season (June to October): Best for safaris and wildlife viewing 
  • Wet Season (March to May, November): Lush scenery, fewer tourists, but some parks may be difficult to access
